Quality Standard in Household Removals BS EN 12522

BS EN 12522 is the first and only recognised quality standard specifically aimed at furniture removals for the benefit of the private individual. Certified companies operate to clearly defined standards and the procedures are designed to benefit you, the customer, at every stage of your move.

All certified companies are assessed annually on staff, administration and procedures to ensure they continue to meet the high and exacting standards required. Code of Practice

We have signed up to a stringent Code of Practice that protects and promotes consumers’ interest beyond the basic requirements of law, which has been approved and is monitored by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT).

By displaying the BAR/OFT approved code we are offering peace of mind and reliable customer service. At the end of your move our staff will ask you to complete and return, to an independent party, our consumer form so that we can assess our performance as an ongoing effort to improve service standards.
