On 4th January 2021 we started building our new self storage facility at Weston Gateway Business Park – the town’s flagship business park on the main approach into Weston-super-Mare.
This £2.8 million purpose-built self storage facility will eventually include 35,000 sq ft of self storage set over four floors. The first phase of the development opened in May 2022 offering 200 self storage units of various sizes.
Domestic and business units are available in a variety of sizes ranging from 10-555 sq ft. There is also a number of large business units with individual, external roller door access.
This new facility offers 24hr access, 365 days a year and a passenger lift ensures easy access to all floors. Self storage customers get free access to our new business suite which includes work stations, Wi Fi, drinks facilities and comfortable seating. Facilities also include a (paid for) secure shredding service for both domestic and business purposes and a free delivery point for receipt of self storage customers’ goods.

Parking
There is plenty of easy on-site parking with room for large delivery vehicles when necessary.
Security
24 hour CCTV surveillance with links to both a private security company and the emergency services are in place. Fire and alarms will also be positioned throughout the building.

The BREEAM excellent standard means our facility falls into the top 10% of UK new non-domestic buildings for environmentally friendly build quality.
